Sensitivity of Pulsatility index of Uterine Artery on Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective: This study was planned to explore the sensitivity of uterine artery PI and RI. Method: descriptive Observational carried out in Department Radiology, Combined Military Hospital, Lahore, within six months after approval synopsis. Calculated sample size 120 females. The collected data entered analyzed by using software SPSS version 25.0. Man standard deviation calculated for Frequency percentage Pulsatility Index on 3D Doppler polycystic ovarian syndrome diagnosis. Results: accurate diagnosis PCOs among patients 80.83%. results revealed that mean pulstility index right 2.83±0.99 Left artery, it 1.37±0.69 whereas combine 2.1±0.84.
